Ground chocolate for making hot cocoa. 70% Chocolate, to be mixed 1:7 with warm milk. This lot of mixed Trinitario hybrids was grown by smallholders in the centre of Huila, showcasing deep molasses, raisin and citrus.
Made with the same chocolate as for their chocolate bars, consisting of only two ingredients - cacao and danish sugar. Ground Chocolate doesn’t go through the final tempering stage of chocolate making, meaning it melts at a much lower temperature when combined with warm milk.
